Parking: Unguarded public parking is next to the house, the cost is EUR 16 per day (payment with coins). Underground public parking is located on address Rotermann Str.5, the cost is EUR 15 per day. Non-guarded parking for EUR 4 per day is close by the Hostia Europa Hotel (about 7 minute walk). There are a parking machines where you would need coins and there in these car parks reservation is not needed.

Just a walking distance away from the historical Old Town, main sights, shopping centers and port. Estonian National Opera and Alexela Concert Hall are just half kilometer away from the Rotermanni square. This Quarter is car-free. Families with children will find children play area outside in the Rotermanni square just next to the café and restaurant where you can have a cap of coffe or meal while your kids are playing under your eye supervision. A few minutes walk from the major shopping centre “Viru Centre”, new shopping center “Nautica” is nearby. Stops of any public transport are at few minutes walk on Viru Square.
