It is lovely and original 2-bedroom apartment de lux 50 m2. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and an open and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is divided into two levels with a beautiful stairs leading to the second level. The first level of this bedroom forms a small study and the second level has double bed 140cm large which children and young travelers especially like. Second level hight is 1.5 m. This room has no closed door in living room, the bedroom on second level doesn't have one wall, instead of the wall there is nice balustrade with an eye to living room. Hot water, linens and towels, cable internet connection and cable TV (English, German, Russian and other channels), hair-drier, smoothing-iron and ironing board, washing machine are all at your service to make you stay as comfortable as possible. There is baby bed and chair for feeding child up to 3 years old in the apartment (please request in advance) and an extra bed if needed. The apartment is suitable for up to 3-4 persons. |

Area Description
The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, 1 minutes walk away from Town Hall Square and right next to the central square of Tallinn – Vabaduse Square. Historical monuments, restaurants, night clubs, cafes, theatres, shops, banks are all close by. The house itself is an architectural monument from the beginning of the 20.century. The Apartment is on the 1nd floor with elevator. Bedroom windows face the inner yard, so street noise will not trouble you in the nighttime. The parking lot in the closed courtyard is available for the whole period of stay; costs is 10 Euro per day (please request in advance).

Prices listed are valid for stay min 2 nights. Price for 1 night stay is 50% higher.

Prices include: cleaning & change of linen and towels once a week, full cleaning after departure, water and electricity, internet, cable TV (60 channels).

Transfer on arrival to apartment from Tallinn airport, harbor, bus or train station is free of charge (1 car, 4 passengers). Our manager will meet you.
The transfer back is by a taxi, paid by guest.

Extra folding bed costs 15 EUR.

It is a NON smoking apartment. The fine for the smoking in apartment is 35 Euro (deposit of 35 EUR will be collected during check-in and returned during check-out).

Check-in and Check-out times have to be agreed in advance. For the Check-out after 16:00 (4 pm) client pays extra 50% of the rate per one night.
